The
Environmental Foundation
of Jamaica (EFJ) congratulates
the Negril Chamber of
Commerce in celebrating
its twenty years of operation,
and we are proud that
we were able to play a
role in supporting your
organization since 1994.
The EFJ has provided funding
assistance to the tune
of Four Million Seven
Hundred and Forty-Nine
Thousand Dollars ($4,749,000)
to the Negril Chamber
of Commerce to help support
some of the many projects
you have implemented in
an effort to improve the
local environmental conditions
and enhance program administration.
We
note from your records
that you are one of the
few NGOs who have
raised funding to cover
your operational cost,
which is indeed a remarkable
achievement, as other
NGOs are struggling in
this area. We hope that
you will continue to grow
and enjoy success in this
area and to be a model
to other NGOs to make
their work sustainable.
The

and efforts and wishes

your work in the years

NCC has set milestones
for the benefit of the
enterprises and the
whole community in Negril.
I am fully convinced
